Wow. Beautiful, epic, gory… many words can describe this movie. All I can say was that I was blown away. I saw the trailer in the summer of ‘06 and had hyped it up since. Usualy when one hypes something up for that long, they are dissapointed. Not me.

This movie was great… but make sure to note that this is a movie that is based on a graphic novel and is by no means a faithful depiction of what really happened in Thermopylae in 480 B.C. Don’t expect a historically accurate movie war movie, but for a stylish battle movie.
